**About the Program**:
This 12-month program provides a comprehensive learning experience that equips graduates with the technical skills and practical knowledge required to excel in a Software Engineering role. Through a combination of:

- **Hands-on Learning**: Graduates will gain practical experience across all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), working on real-world projects.
- **Mentorship**: Experienced engineers will provide ongoing guidance and support, fostering your professional development.
- **Company Culture Immersion**: Graduates will be integrated into our innovative and productivity-driven SaaS environment, preparing them for a seamless transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the program.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with programming languages and development tools (a plus).
