Customer Service Administrator

We are on the lookout for vibrant, energetic, and driven individuals to join our client who is a lead in the manufacturing industry. The right individual should have experience working in an Customer Service role previously as well as the willingness to learn and support a very busy and dynamic team.
**Duties**:
- Processing of orders (internal and external) within agreed time frames.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify customer and order information to negate queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team in order to deliver on sales revenue for the region.
- Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure closure of open contracts
- Process samples taken out by sales and other staff on a monthly basis
- Process quotations as required
- Maintain and manage the lowest possible cash sales in line with company strategy
- Ensure pertinent communication between all stakeholders is continuous and relevant.
- Log claims or complaints on relevant systems and ensure closure in line with agreed time lines.
- Enhance product mix to show value add to the customer base and company whilst aligning with overall company strategy.
- Offer advice on the advantages of the company product range.
- Attend product training to ensure product knowledge is an asset.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate and develop links with internal functions.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R12,500.00 per month
