**Partner Relations Specialist ( Mr Price Foundation - JumpStart)**
**_ your purpose_**
You offer professional support to the Mr Price Foundation team by developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with external and internal suppliers, and with external employment partners.
**_ your day-to-day responsibilities_**
**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Plays a critical role in building relationships with our partners and managing existing relationships to deepen the relationship with stakeholders
- Gain solid knowledge of employer partners by analyzing data and providing reports
- Liaise with the Foundation Team to report on progress, flag issues, and contribute to high-quality learning from their portfolio
- Facilitate and coordinate (virtual or in-person) meetings and presentations between the Foundation Team and relevant stakeholders, when required.
**Reporting and Monitoring, Evaluation and Problem Solving**
- Compile reports and feedback employment stats to Foundation Management
- Ensure that Implementing Partners update their progress reports in a timely fashion
- Guide and facilitate Implementing Partners in preparing annual technical and financial reports
- Support implementation partners to monitor and evaluate the impact of their projects
- Conduct or facilitate the Data Quality Assessment (DQA) process to promote high-quality data collection
- Coordinate and chair the quarterly progress review meetings with each Implementing Partner (IP), and document minutes, observations, and reflections, including external conditions and external factors relevant to project implementation.
**Resource Management**
- Ensuring that all communication branding and marketing requirements are aligned for all employer partners
**Selection and Store Relationship Management**
- Ensure maintenance of the JumpStart Training Calendar to determine which areas to recruit from
- Ensure that all changes in programs and outcomes are well documented
- Assist with coordination of programme and analyzing data on hand to determine better ways to implement corporate guidelines with stakeholders
**_what are the requirements?_**
- Degree in Business Administration/Communications/Project Management, Community Development, HR (or similar)
- 3-5 years experience in CSI/Non-Profit environment
- Experience with detailed reports and strong project management skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills - with solid skills in stakeholder engagement
- Strong affinity with youth empowerment, gender and social inclusion, and decent work.
- Ability to work successfully independently as well as part of a team
