We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Agents to join our client based in Woodstock, Cape Town. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Sell insurance products telephonically to potential policyholders by reading from an approved script,
- Utilise a call center dialer to manage lead follow-up
- Strive to achieve insurance policy sales and campaign targets
- Assist policyholders with policy administration
- Follow up on policyholders who have not paid their premiums
- Ensure excellent customer service and fair treatment of policyholders
- Adherence to quality, training and compliance processes
- Accurately recording policy sales and maintaining policyholder information

**Requirements**:

- 2 years + Call Centre experience, and/or
- 2 years + Insurance sales / Financial Services experience
- Grade 12
- Advantageous - Sales and Marketing degree or diploma, FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5)

**Salary**: R7 500,00 - R8 500,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
