We are currently looking to hire a methodical, process driven and experienced Sales Manager for a full-time, opportunity in a dedicated call centre at Screach. You will work within the sales team, understanding our customers to increase our reach and ultimately drive sales. As Sales Manager, you will drive a team of agents to ensure that every customer contact counts.
Reporting to the Head of Sales (France), you will be accountable for the delivery of company sales and other objectives. The Call Centre is responsible for all outbound sales and the Sales Manager is key in ensuring that each contact with potential client creates value.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the sales performance through a positive, pro-active and energising management style.
- Lead the daily sales meeting where you will present the MI dashboard.
- Effectively coach team members on their performance and quality objectives on a regular basis to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
- Ensure services delivered to our customers and clients meets contractual Service Level Agreements for productivity and quality.
- Lead a team to meet and exceed business sales objectives, sales targets.
- Have direct involvement in the recruitment, selection, induction training and ongoing skills development for all outbound advisors in the team, ensuring we attract and retain the absolute best talent.
- Continually review and monitor output performance of all outbound advisors against agreed KPI’s, ensuring that calls are handled professionally.
- Oversee and support a (growing) team of 5+.
- Ensure scripting is continually updated and managed to deliver company objectives and sales
- Assist in the management of the Lead Data with Operations to ensure optimal contact with potential clients.
- Work with marketing teams to gather intelligence about our customer.
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years' experience working in a similar outbound managerial role.
- Self-starter with high levels of initiative and a can-do attitude
- A confident negotiator.
- Effective communication, listening and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multicultural environment.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
