A well-established and growing company is looking for the right person to join, strengthen and improve our team as a Personal Assistant / Assistant that will report int the business management hub based in Pretoria. They have branches in Limpopo and Gauteng. This is a Permanent position
As a Personal Assistant, you will work directly with our Group Manager to support the day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
This position requires an individual who is organised, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage telephone (answering, screening, transferring calls, taking messages when required, )
- Meeting administration (creating and distributing agenda’s, compiling meeting info packs, typing minutes and following up on actionable items set in meetings)
- Manage daily calendar (advising of and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements and ensuring that the employer is aware of any upcoming events)
- Liaising with Management Team on a regular basis
- Manage office and related duties (attend to the ordering of office supplies and staff refreshments, ensuring office is organized)
- Attend to administrative duties (Filling in forms & documents, preparation of documentation/information, data capturing, follow-ups, filing )
- Attend to reporting duties (updating and compiling of reports) Excellent Excel skills required
- Attend to personal day-to-day needs (daily food preparation, personal administration, arranging personal appointments and running errands)
- Conducting research: The Personal Assistant may be responsible for conducting research on various topics and investigating or gathering information on proposals or ideas
- Flexibility: The personal assistant must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced
- Supporting the sales and marketing team in daily tasks and
- Assisting the owner and his wife with small tasks

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in Afrikaans and English
- Advanced MS Office experience
- Ability to work with and previous experience using MacOS
- Meticulous attention to
- Passionate about getting things done right, first time, every
- Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of a team, in a highly pressurized
- Highly organized and able to manage task
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent time management
- High problem solving capability and ability to make a plan in a tough
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Must have own transport and a drivers
- PA / Secretarial Diploma or Certification would be considered an advantage
- You will be required to drive the general manager from time to time. You must have excellent awareness and driving capabilities
- Able to manage high volumes of detail and have great memory to recall detail
- Highly dedicated to the job and willing to go the extra
- Willing and able to grow and learn
- Able to proof read documents will be seen as a plus
