**HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR**

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- National Certificate in Human Resources and or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or Law
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Must be able to start 07:30am daily.
- 0-6 months of proven work experience in personnel administration within an insurance company
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in organizing and prioritizing a busy workload.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Experience in using HR Resources Systems
- Excellent local language and good business English language skills

**Job Duties**
- First point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new hire data, and updating any previous employees’ data.
- Updating internal HR databases; for example, entering sick leaves, maternity leaves, and more.
- Create and revise job descriptions as advised by the HR Manager
- Organize and maintain personnel records such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal and absenteeism rates.
- Preparing time sheets for the payroll
- Payroll administration.
- Update all internal databases such as Sage Payroll etc.
- Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments on all employees.
- Conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors and report to the HR Manager.
- Research and confer with the HR Manager, implement and ensure that the company complies with the Labour laws of South Africa.
- Ensure that the employees comply to the Health and Safety regulations.
- Submit daily activities and weekly reports to the Human Resources Manager.
- Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
