Travel Industry Bsp Refunds Administrator

Our Club Travel team is looking for an experienced **BSP Refunds Administrator****
In this role, you will support the BSP Department with various processes and functions to meet the Travel Industry operational requirements through:
- Actioning and clearing of rejected Airline BSP Link Applications.
- Calculating and processing refunds.
- Processing of credit notes and service fees when required.
- Fulfilling ad hoc tasks as required to meet business needs.
**Requirements**:
- An excellent **understanding of airline terms and travel industry knowledge**:
- ** Knowledge of GDS** (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
- ** Accounting**/Financial experience is advantageous.
- ** Proficient** in Microsoft/G-Suite packages
- Exemplary **customer-oriented** approach
- Possess a **creative** outlook with a **problem-solving attitude**:
- ** Proficient in Englis**h, knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Competent **written and verba**l communication skills
- Effective **organizational skill**s** and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a **high volume** of
work **on deadlines**:
- ** Excellent time management** skills with an ability to **respond quickly and accurately** to requests for information.
- The ability to **work independently** on request and take the initiative to **support team members** and management as requested
- Min qualification of **Matric**/NQF4 or equivalent
- Tertiary travel qualification would be beneficial
