Our client an international communications agency big on brand reputation is looking for a hands-on and tech-savvy **Digital AD** to join a growing team

This role is responsible for digital clients holistically. This will include budgeting, planning, strategy and execution across digital marketing, social media, and content that support the expansion and growth of the company’s services and products.

**Summary of Responsibilities**

**Clients**
- Build relationships with clients and the global teams, investigate and determine clients wants and needs and address client queries effectively.
- Prepare written materials, meeting notes, digital/social and campaign and status reports.
- Compiles and validates project timelines and budgets for client projects.
- Conducts analyst feedback - pre/post projects as well as digital and social reports.
- Write and edit communications for clients’ social, digital, strategy and campaign presentations.
- Proactively looks for opportunities to add value to day-to-day client programmes.
- Provides day-to-day social media monitoring and management on client accounts, submitting any concerns to Social Media Managers for actions.
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients. Appropriately manage client projects and campaigns and provides an “always on” clients’ to marketing, campaigns, metrics and deliverables to achieve agreed project and client KPIs.
- Recommend digital and social tactics and strategies to increase client ROI.

**Research**
- Conduct research dependent on the client and produce a high-level presentation
- Participates in the research and development of new business proposals and pitch presentations.
- Administration*
- Responsible for sourcing quotes and compiling budgets that form part of proposals.
- Plans and manages the organisation of client events as and when required.
- Brief freelancers, web developers, animators and copywriters and organise internal and external schedules for client projects.
- Ensure internal project management tools are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Writes clear and instructional briefs for designers and freelancers to ensure deliverables, timelines and budgets are clearly understood.

**Financial**
- Demonstrates commercial awareness, including an understanding of service level against fee income - takes the initiative and responsibility for raising issues as necessary.
- Connected to the trends, insights, and networks in the industry sectors in which their clients operate and is also well-versed on social media, popular culture and digital developments.
- Contributes to well-structured, creative, and profitable new business proposals and pitch presentations with mínimal input from the senior management team.
- Manages all profitability of all client briefs related to the role requirement, including ensuring the accurate completion of timesheets, cost of sales and profit and loss sheets to ensure accurate month-end reconciliations and reporting.

**Qualification**
- A degree or qualification in marketing or equivalent experience.

**Experience**
- At least seven+ years’ experience as a digital account director or equivalent in a digital marketing position.
- High-level understanding of digital marketing, electronic communication strategies and overall digital insights & analytics.
- Strong client leadership credentials.
- Experience in FMCG is required. Experience in B2B will be hugely advantageous.
