Business Administration Assistant

The main purpose of the job is to support the business division within the branch and the company as a whole
**Outputs and Responsibilities**:
Submit daily and weekly reports to sales staff on their clients’ online purchases and order statuses
Submit weekly report to sales on quotes that need following up
Submit monthly reports to sales on inactive / non-spending accounts that need attention
Create and distribute welcome packs to newly registered dealer
Submit reports to the Business head and Branch Manager reflecting Purchase Orders, backorders and stock problems
Assist admin and business staff to control the stock ordering and logistics at the branch level
Assist in the control of aged stock through the submission of reports to Business development managers and product specialists
Assist with load sheets and stock specifications for online customers. Updating and listing products on rectronzone.co.za
Assist in the cash office if and when necessary. This function will require training before commencing duties as responsible personnel are required to sign on and off and be responsible for cash received
Assist at reception when either requested to do so through management, through absenteeism or lunch/tea breaks
General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
Assist when and if necessary, with the time and attendance processes required by JHB HR
Manage all the branch PODs and Invoices as well as scanning into the system
Assist with the offsite filing of invoices. (Debtor’s control)

Escalate problematic issues to the Business and Branch managers
Assist with other job-related duties as and when required

Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and visualizations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
Strong communication ability
Ability to work under pressure
Good organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Well-disciplined individual
**Experience **(experience required for the job)
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer or internal relationship role is needed
