The purpose of the Project Manager role is to drive the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate effective communication, and manage resources to achieve project objectives and deliverables. By providing strategic guidance, risk management, and problem-solving expertise, the Project Manager contributes to the organization's overall success by delivering projects that support key business initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of the Project Manager will include:
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**:

- Lead project initiation activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify project resources, assemble project teams, and assign responsibilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and communication channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Effective management of resources to support project objectives.
- Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and minimize project costs without compromising quality or scope.
- Facilitate project closure activities, including obtaining sign-off from stakeholders and documenting lessons learned.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance, identify successes and areas for improvement, and document best practices for future projects.
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes, achievements, and recommendations.

**BUSINESS ANALYSIS**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct workshops to gather and document business needs and user requirements.
- Analyze data, workflows, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop business cases, user stories, and functional specifications to define project scope and objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document detailed requirements.

**CHANGE MANAGEMENT**
- Develop change management plans as part of overall project planning, ensuring that change management activities are integrated into project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify key stakeholders affected by the project and collaborate with Communications & Stakeholder Management team to develop strategies to engage and communicate effectively.
- Assess change readiness, gather feedback, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct change impact assessments to understand how the project will affect people, processes, systems, and organizational culture.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with the change and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and updates, to keep stakeholders engaged and aligned.
- Proactively identify resistance to change and develop strategies to address it, such as stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and support for the change initiative.
- Monitor change management activities and assess their effectiveness in achieving project objectives and driving successful change outcomes.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders, analyze change adoption metrics, and make adjustments to change management strategies as needed.

ADHOC: Perform any and all responsible tasks given by the Operations Manager

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

Project Management Qualification (PMP/CAPM certification preferred)

At least three years’ experience in project Management (at least five years’ post qualification experience preferred)
