**Duties**:
1. Administer exam registrations
- Adhere to the defined service level agreements for task completion.
- Ensure timely completion of all arrangements for exam sessions.
- Verify accuracy of data.
- Coordinate sending of exam results and certificates.
2. Process Improvement
- Monitor procedural steps for effectiveness and efficiency and recommend possible upgrades / improvements.
3. Coordinate services from service providers
- Arrange services and coordinate services within defined service level
