**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Understanding and use of recruitment portals: Job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Pnet, etc)
- Experience on Applicant tracking systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- 5 years + experience as a Recruitment Administrator in a BPO contact centre environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Recruiter with the all co-ordination and administration related to notified and approved vacancies.
- Ensure specified deadlines are adhered to
- Provide continuous feedback to the Recruiter
- Ensure all vacancies are advertised timeously and within recruitment procedures
- Handle queries related to job advert from internal and external parties
- Liaise with Service providers to ensure up to date information is provided
- Resolve queries from Service providers timeously
- Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed on the HRIS or according to the recruitment procedures
- Ensures that applicant forms are completed accurately and filed.
- Ensures fingerprint verifications are conducted accurately and paperwork filed.
- Assist with scheduling interviews for the week.
- Coordinates schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmations, monitoring inboxes, and reconciling interview cancellations.
- Assist with administering competency assessments
- Ensures confidentiality when handling applicant information.
- Process background checks to verify applicant information and ensure that the minimum recruitment criteria are met.
- This may include contacting references, credit checks, qualification and criminal background checking.
