Sales Administrator

- Prepare and present proposals/contracts/quotes to clients
- Maintain and update customer records and queries
- Scheduling the technicians for on-site appointments, installations and hardware collections.
- Managing client expectation time frames to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Cold calling
- Work with the marketing team to generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
- Propose developing opportunities and expand customer base
- Update weekly call reports, and ensure sales targets are met and any deviations are reported.
- Achieve individual targets and self-managed scheduling of duties within the company.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Grade 12
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or the relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Agent.
- A good eye for possible business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently with strict deadlines for reaching monthly targets.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Outstanding Organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Tech Savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases like Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
