What you’ll be doing if you get the job:
As a member of our team, the primary focus of your role is being responsible for various administrative duties surrounding various projects. These duties may include documentation, meeting management, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track with their day-to-day tasks.

Who’ll you report to:
You’ll be based within our Information and Communication Technology division at our Sandton, Johannesburg head office. You’ll report to the Executive Operations ICT Manager

Your qualifications:

- You must have passed Grade 12/Matric

Your experience:

- 2+ years proven experience as a project administrator or in similar management role - Skilled on all the Microsoft Products - Experience using Jira - Experience with SharePoint

Your Outputs - Running and reporting on weekly time logging to team managers
- Contribute to the delivery of the team’s agreed objectives
- Assist in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure that processes relating to initiative take-on is followed (ICT Project office process)
- Facilitate the improvement of the ICT project office process based on the post implementation findings
- Ensure that processes relating to initiative execution is followed
- Assist with automation of manual activities within the tool set (SharePoint and Jira)
- Assist with data collection and verification for various monthly and quarterly reports
- Assist with maintaining SharePoint and Jira as per the ICT guidelines and processes
- Ensure that processes relating to recruitment (ICT), on-boarding and off-boarding of new team members are followed and executed
- Assist project manager and team managers in all administration functions and processes
- Ensure that ICT release forms are reviewed and updated (if necessary) on a quarterly basis
- Liaise with stakeholders were required
- Ensure ICT release process is followed and recorded correctly on Jira and SharePoint
