We at Ganga Plumbers are excited to share this newly available job position for a Tender Administrator at our branch in New Germany.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and administer the tendering process, from receipt of tender invitations to submission of bids.

2. Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications.

3. Prepare and issue tender notices, invitations, and related correspondence.

4. Manage and track tender submissions, including receipt, evaluation, and clarification.

5. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and inputs for tenders.

6. Prepare and compile tender documents, including bids, proposals, and reports.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases of tenders, contracts, and suppliers.

9. Provide support and guidance to tender evaluation teams and committees.

10. Monitor and report on tender performance, outcomes, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in tender administration, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and procurement principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, tender management software, and other relevant tools.
