Are you someone who can:
- Contribute to the broader Human Capital strategy and provides input to the overall Talent and Performance Strategy for the group.-
- Be accountable for the Talent Acquisition and Assessment policies, processes, technology and standards, including new hire onboarding.- Provide Thought leadership, research and benchmarking leading practices in the development of Talent Acquisition and Assessment practices and frameworks.- Drive innovation and integration of Talent Acquisition and Assessment processes through technology.- Ensure alignment and integration of Talent practices with other HC practices.- Lead the Talent Acquisition and Assessment function, building a capable and effective specialist team and manages resource allocation.- Manage the Talent Acquisition and Assessment budget within prescribed guidelines and governances.- Build Talent Acquisition and Assessment capability across FirstRand, primarily through HC Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners, in order to achieve and continually improve talent outcomes, contributing to building key capabilities and delivery of strategic objectives.- Contributes to a culture of data driven talent decisions throughout the Talent Acquisition and Assessments spectrum and integrated with Talent Management, supporting the business objectives.
- to attract and select high performing, value-aligned employees.- Strong integration with the Talent Management Lead and other human capital capabilities, to ensure talent value chain optimisation.- Preparation of talent insights reporting for Board and StratCo teams and engages senior leadership on trends.- Guide and support Talent Acquisition and Assessment initiatives by acting as project sponsor, monitoring the execution of projects and programmes, and identifying continuous improvement.
- imperatives.- Incorporate business values, including diversity and inclusion objectives, future of work considerations into functional strategies and plans.- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.- Responsible for the ethical management of assessment information within FirstRand and assume responsibility as the supervising psychologist for the organisation.- Harness the thinking on emerging programs/projects and initiatives needs across the value chain and influencing the delivery.- Drive the recruitment delivery value chain optimisation for FirstRand, focusing on people, processes and technology efficiencies and effectiveness.- Are a registered Industrial and Organisational/Behavioural Psychologist.- Are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.- Have a qualification in design thinking and agile methodology, this is preferred.- Have 8+ years leading Talent Acquisition, Assessments and Talent Management in a complex global corporate environment, covering multiple geographies.- Have experience in shaping an effective employer brand strategy within a multinational organisation, and in depth experience of designing Talent Assessment strategies across corporate functions, covering a broad range of assessment products and service providers.- Have experience in successful implementation of large transformation projects/initiatives across an enterprise, particularly shaping Talent Acquisition and Assessment functions, as well as thought leadership at industry level.- Have experience in design thinking, agile methodology, and driving enterprise change in a complex organisation- Have Knowledge of the full Human Capital value chain e.g., organisational development, organisational design, talent management, performance management, reward and benefits and learning and development.
