To lead the Human Resources Operations function, which includes the Payroll, People Experience Centre, People Analytics and HR Information systems capabilities, in driving the effective delivery of all processes related to these areas, to deliver on a positive, consistent, and reliable Employee Experience. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Develop an integrated HR Operations strategy that spans across every facet of the Employee Experience lifecycle, through the use of aggregated analyses and user stories.
Develop and design the HR Operations strategy, aligned with the overarching HR and BCX strategy, to empower HR leadership and stakeholders on emerging HR Operations trends and best practice.
Orchestrate a two-way feedback mechanism loop, both from and into a people matrix environment, to highlight complexities and inefficiencies and examine ways to address these accordingly.
Develop the People Analytics architecture and supporting framework and drive the adoption and use of aggregated People Analytics insights to increase rigour, reduce biases, and improve HR performance, across all facets of the HR value chain.
Implement, maintain, and evolve the People Analytics framework to ensure the flow of transactional support documentation and maintenance of HR Business Processes by providing data stewardship and service delivery excellence.
Drive the adoption of the People Analytics framework internally to identify challenges, required changes and targeted interventions and use these insights to empower Executive and Senior Management decision making.
Design and champion the implementation of the Experience Centre strategies by leveraging People Analytics and insights to improve SLA management efforts, in line with the Experience Centre capabilities/employee lifecycle (i.e., Recruitment & Onboarding, Career & Performance, Offboarding & Long Service).
Oversee and plan HR Operations’ budget and the associated HRIS Cost Centre by forecasting and reviewing cost/benefit ratios, in order to optimise and streamline the HRIS system and HR Operations initiatives.
Identify and mitigate people-related regulatory risks proactively, to ensure that BCX avoids any undue ethical and labour-related regulatory challenges.
Lead a dedicated HR Operations team to avail the provision of HR Operations services that champions operational excellence, in its execution and delivery. 8 Years’ experience in a Finance / Analytics / Business Process Engineering / Human Resources environment, within a large organisation, of which at least 3 years is on Senior Management level.
