**Job Scope**:

- To continuously work to strengthen and build the business within the centre by account management, proactive practices and delivering exceptional service to clients. Managing the centre on a day to day basis ensuring the KPI's are being delivered and also maximum sales potential being reached.
- Reports to the Director and liaise with division managers located onsite and/or offsite, but is expected to travel between sites as required.
- Supervision of the maintenance, reception and administration staff within the centre.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre.
- Continuously work to strengthen and build the brand by delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Processing of supplier invoices.
- Regularly walk around centre to confirm that standards of appearance are being maintained.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
- To work with the senior manager & division manager (s) to compile and implement a holistic sales and marketing strategy.
- To work alongside the division manager (s) to drive and deliver revenue into the sections in order to meet and exceed the budgets.
- To ensure the KPI's for each section are being delivered to ensure maximum sales potential being reached.
- To develop and foster an environment which identifies all sales opportunities and develops a win-win culture to maximise sales.
- Ensure consistent, professional and proactive sales practices are adhered to, in line with defined KPI's.
- Ensure all sections carry out marketing and follow up on leads received to maximize sales potential.
- All sales and marketing reports are completed in a timely fashion.
- Ensure that company procedures are adhered to.
- To attend to complaints from clients and resolve them with the opinion of management.
- Contribute to training and development of the team (s) within the centre.
- Assist Division Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans.
- Maintain overall centre responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations applicable.
- Any other tasks deemed reasonable by the Senior Manager.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Essential Requirements**:

- Qualifications sufficient to perform the job role coupled with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a management role.
- Must be able to communicate in at least three dominant languages of the Eastern Cape, i.e., English, IsiXhosa & Afrikaans
- A good understanding of business processes and procedures.
- Ability in process and management and customer/supplier relationship management.
- Leadership with ability to drive a centre and team.
- Proven ability to coach and develop others.
- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A drivers licence.

You may be expected to work in accordance with the company's overtime policies.

The nature of your role will require you to travel within the area that your team covers. However, from time to time you may be expected to travel outside that area as the job role requires.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 per month
