- Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of call center systems, business goals, technologies and strategies in order to achieve the personal lines business goals and objectives.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Oversees the daily operations of all Call Centre and personal lines functions combined with external representatives
- ensures activities run smoothly and efficiently
- promotes the image of company in a professional and positive manner
- provides supervision, guidance, coaching, recognition, motivation and training to department personnel
- participates in marketing campaigns and product launches
- attains sales and marketing, quality control and customer service goals
- Performs direct supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas.
- Achieve communicated business goals & expectation
- Manages compliance related to compliance business goals
- Develop relationships with personal lines providers
- Interact with providers ensuring service levels & business goals are achieved
- Interact with external & internal company employees
- Implement and manage communicated strategic goals and plans**Inherent Requirements**
