**Overview**:
The role will be responsible for international and Expatriate employees Remuneration and Benefits. Expatriate assignments will be managed to designated countries. The role will support the transition from one country to another. The role will manage and co-ordinate the international employees’ remuneration and benefits. Various stakeholders and partners will be managed including payroll providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Commerce / Social Sciences / Human Resources.
- Registered Chartered Reward Specialist - South African Reward Association.

**Experience**:

- More than 10 years’ experience in Reward/ Payroll, with extensive specialist International Reward knowledge, including Mobility.
- Excellent Business Acumen and understanding within the African landscape is a prerequisite.
- Proven track record in providing expert advisory services with insight into the full Africa Reward and Mobility value chain and interpreting and advising on Reward and Mobility policies for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing an Africa-centric Reward and Mobility strategy.

**Duties**:

- To co-create and deliver a compelling and attractive African/ international reward and mobility strategy informed by the needs and challenges of the regions.
- Manage, rollout and maintain the mobility policy.
- Provide thought leadership to the Business units regarding mobility.
- Assist with compensation accumulation for expatriate and international (local employees in-country) payroll compliance.
- Review/ manage/ reconcile home/ host compensation, expense and vendor payments data.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders including payroll managers and global mobility operations.
- Manage data input in expatriate/ international payroll systems and other systems.
- Work with external vendors to manage expatriate payroll reporting and compliance.
- Assist with the set-up of expatriate/ international employees payroll requirements in new and existing countries.
- Support and manage expatriate/ international rem, benefit and tax teams (external partners)
- Support projects on compensation, payroll and tax.
- Report budge and actual assignment costs data on active assignments.
- Manage the annual salary review process for expatriates and international employees.
