**Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following**:

- **Represent the company to key suppliers and build strong relationships with these individuals.**

- **Negotiate and approve key contracts and agreements with suppliers.**

- **Establish the procurement department’s budget on an annual basis.**
***:

- **Direct the restructuring of the procurement department.**

- **Maintain an excellent and up-to-date knowledge of industry and economic trends, developments, and changes.
