**Litigation Secretary - Sandton (Temp position)**
Our client, an Advocate specializing in General practice with focus on Litigation, based in Sandton, has a vacancy available for a Litigation Secretary.
**Main purpose of the job**:
To provide a range of secretarial and routine administration support services to an Advocate, assisting with making sure that all legal work generated by the Advocate is processed, administered, and filed in an efficient and orderly manner on a daily basis.
**Key responsibilities**:
Type, check and file legal documentation & correspondence.
Dictaphone typing.
Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages and greet clients.
Schedule and confirm diary appointments as requested.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
Matriculation certificate or equivalent
10 years plus experience as a legal secretary
Time management skills - ability to schedule own day.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
