Legal Secretary

Bryanston based legal firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to the partner and associates.
The role will involve:
- Preparing, typing, and filing legal documents, such as contracts, motions, briefs, and letters.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and records.
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation.
- Handling billing, invoicing, and expense reports.
You should have High Court and Magistrate Court experience and have had exposure to commercial litigation. Experience of Case Lines would be ideal.
You should have at least 10 years' relevant legal experience, a matric and if you have a relevant qualification that would be ideal.
This is a role that would suit someone looking for a long term position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
