**What we are looking for**:
As Jua.ai's **first B2B Marketing Manager**, you will educate the market that an AI startup can now outperform governments and large companies with billions of annual budgets by several orders of magnitude on all performance metrics.

Joining our four-person marketing team, you will work at the crossroads of demand generation and product marketing. Your key responsibility will be to build our messaging and product marketing library from scratch. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns that specifically target the enterprise segment.

**Responsibilities and tasks**:

- Product marketing: Own product marketing and develop a deep understanding of our customers, market, and buying personas to become our internal expert for customers' needs and customer value-focused communication
- Demand generation: Take a leading role in developing an enterprise-targeted campaign strategy and collaborate with your peers from performance marketing, design, marketing automation, and organic marketing to run multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Content creation & Sales enablement: Produce attention-grabbing marketing and sales enablement materials and build our bottom-of-the-funnel content library. In collaboration with our designer, develop our website messaging, sales decks, customer case studies, and product ads, in written or interactive formats

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: You have 5+ years of experience as a B2B and/or Product Marketeer
- **Language**: English is your first language.
- **Analytical thinking**: You are analytical and can draw logical conclusions from different pieces of unstructured information
- **Communication skills**:You have strong written and spoken communication skills which you can adapt to best reach and engage your audience. You will write compelling copy & crisp, bold prose.
- **Engagement**:You will collaborate with team members from various functions (design, content, digital, product, sales) as well as our customers and market experts
- **Curiosity**:Your target group works on technically complex problems centered around artificial intelligence, meteorology, and climate change. You have to be curious and eager to develop a thorough conceptual understanding of their problems and industries

**Nice-to-have**:

- Prior experience in the weather market is a plus but not a must-have
