An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Financial Administrator** within a dynamic Centurion-based technology-focussed Group that functions primarily in the healthcare environment.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Process and maintain consistent and accurate accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions for Customers, Suppliers, Cashbook and GL Transactions
- Verify expense claims with supporting documentation and communicate with employee if documentation is insufficient prior to loading claim for payment
- Verify that all supplier documents comply with SARS VAT requirements
- Preparing payments by verifying documentation, requesting disbursements, and ensuring that all documents are filed in an appropriate manner
- Preparing VAT reconciliation monthly
- Debtors function including managing and collecting any unpaid income
- Assist with audit preparation and queries
- Membership administration, including bank detail changes, terminations, and general member related queries

**Skills and Functional Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a financial administrative role
- Accounting Certificate or Diploma will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Deadline focused
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience of Pastel accounting
- Planning and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
