**Centurion, Pretoria: FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION CLERK**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Well presentable and professional individual
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years experience in invoicing, credit notes & GRV a must
- Minimum 5 years Pastel Debtors and Creditors experience a must
- Minimum 5 years administration experience a must
- Experience in a warehouse / supply chain environment using a live stock system a must
- Experience in food industry advantageous.
- Computer literate in MS Excel and **Pastel Evolution a must**
- Strong personality, logical thinker with high attention to detail
- Friendly and hospitable, with good communication skills
- Non smoker, with own transport
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Stable employment record and contactable references
- To start as soon as possible
- Reside in or near Centurion
- 3 months probation period

**Duties**:

- Full financial administration functions for well established take away franchise’s Head Office
- Process invoicing of customers’ orders accurately and efficiently.
- Overall inventory administrative duties
- Receive daily online stock orders from customers and check for obvious errors.
- Print necessary pick sheets for warehouse.
- Thorough communication with stores, warehouse and management
- Process invoices for stores.
- Sort and file invoices which are returned from stores daily.
- Issue and invoicing of uniform and/or marketing stock
- Monthly stock count assistance
- Dealing with customer queries related to invoicing.
- Receive GRN Books returned from stores and pass approved credit notes.
- Receive supplier listing of stock delivered and GRV stock into live system.
- Stand in for other clerks while on leave.
- Paid public holiday & stock take work required.

**Salary: R 16 000.00 gross**
