**About the role**
The Administrative Assistant position (AA) is responsible for all administrative support duties to the CEO as well as general Office Management and administration at the Head office, including administrative support to the business and departments, when required. The AA liaises with key strategic stakeholders, shareholders, and the Board of Food & Connect. In addition, the AA is also responsible for Communication and Visibility of the F&C brand.
**Responsibilities (Key Performance Area's)**
General Office Management (30% KPA)
CEO Management (30% KPA)
Communication and Visibility (20% KPA)
Project Management Support (20% KPA)
**Minimum Qualification required**
Matric plus 3 years tertiary level (NQF 7) such as National Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
**Key Competencies**
Advanced level MS Office proficiency
Superior Attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self starter with ability to run operations independently
