**Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Financial Administrator & Analyst** to join a luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage financial operations and contribute to strategic business decisions.

**About the Position**:
In this role, the Financial Administrator & Analyst will handle a range of critical tasks including the compilation and management of sales, marketing, and financial information. You will assist in developing and maintaining business intelligence, analyze and report on key data, and support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Management**: Compile and manage databases and reports related to sales, marketing, and financial information.
- ** Business Intelligence**: Develop and maintain comprehensive information intelligence across all business aspects.
- ** Data Analysis**: Collect, isolate, and analyze data from various platforms (e.g., eRES, OPERA, Apex) to support business decisions.
- ** Reporting**: Generate timely and accurate reports to guide business strategies.
- ** Administrative Support**: Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and word processing programs; assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

**Requirements**:

- ** Education**: Minimum Matric; tertiary education is advantageous.
- ** Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry is crucial.
- ** Skills**: Advanced Excel skills are critical. Knowledge of CRM and Hospitality PMS systems (e.g., NEBULA, APEX, OPERA, ERES) is beneficial.
- ** Personal Attributes**: Dynamic, self-starter, problem-solver, and team player. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong command of English and good writing abilities required.
