Job Purpose:

- To ensure that goods and services are purchased, quoted, costed and invoiced accurately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Calculating Product Costing and Pricing using multiple currencies
- Developing and frequently updating product price lists of the different ranges the company trades with
- General financial admin
- Quoting Customers
- Invoicing Customers
- Checking and comparing supplier prices to agreed pricing structures and previous invoices
- Communicating with Sales and Operations team on a daily ongoing basis
- Inherent Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant qualification
- Min 5yrs experience as a Financial Administrator
- High level of MS Excel experience
- Ability to become familiar with product specifications, uses & nature
- Understanding of Consumer Products Pricing, how to structure selling prices based on competition / market Import/Export experience beneficial Freight / Logistics experience beneficial
- Wholesale or Retail Experience beneficial
- Attention to detail is of paramount importance
- Good verbal and written communication skills is necessary
