Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our finance team at Manpower Group SA (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing bank and payment reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and post financial transactions to the general ledger
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare and reconcile bank and payment statements
  • Process account receivables and payables
  • Perform month-end journals and reconciliations
  • Provide back-office support and ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as a bookkeeper
  • Matric qualification
  • Relevant accounting qualification
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience working in a multinational environment is advantageous
