**What you’ll be doing**

This is a senior position for the Company. You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and management of the client engagement strategy for existing clients. You’ll take charge of the full client lifecycle management and fulfill a combination of strategic, innovative and operational leadership to a team of employees.

You will provide leadership as a strategic account manager, business development, as well as developing and driving sales and retention strategies. Your drive will be to ensure quality client solutions and interactions aligned to their Enterprise and Supplier development goals and legislative requirements. You will gain insights from client engagements to guide you in the formation of tailor-made programmes for small businesses leveraging scalability, revenue growth, job creation and sustainability.

You’ll be refining the focus on product offering, the business model, product strategy, innovation and agility as well as customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of the Strategic Account Manager model to identify sales opportunities, risk management, client retention and overall drive value add to the services the business offers.

**Where you’ll be doing it**

You’ll be based at the company’s office in Hyde Park for a company of around 80 employees that’s core business focus is to assist SME’s. Their company culture can be described as high performance and entrepreneurial in the sense that you are take ownership for your role. **What you’ll need**

A post graduate degree in finance/Engineering/Business management or another relevant field along with experience in project methodology (Prince 2, PMP, MSP), coupled with minimum 8 years’ experience in leadership, of which a minimum of 3 years in a senior client facing role to complement a project management and/or SME development. There is a preference for someone with a relevant project methodology qualification, CA /CFA / MBA.

You’ll need to have experience in project management and advisory services including sales, solution development, project / programme delivery enablement, consulting, team leadership and management, stakeholder engagement and project management.

We need someone with strong leadership capabilities and experience that can lead a high performance team. You’ll have a high level of EQ, be dynamic in nature and confident presenting to and dealing with top executives of leading corporates.
