**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 - Bachelors' degree in engineering or equivalent**
Experience**:

- 10 years demonstrated experience in proposals management - 3 years' demonstrated experience in underground mining**
Duties**:

- Assess enquiry and prepare for briefing of key designated project personnel - Develop key requirements for proposal input document and detail responsibilities for each discipline - Coordinate meetings with key designated project personnel and distribute proposal activities - Gather critical information at the site visit or tender briefing session to ensure the development of a competitive proposal - Request for quotations from suppliers and prepare Proposal cost estimate for submission to pricing committee - Incorporate all disciplines input into proposal document and ensure that proposal correctly interprets BME’s understanding of client’s requirements - Manage and monitor the overall tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency and profitability for the BME - Submit tender with the necessary supporting documentation - Through the life cycle of the contract, evaluate products cost price to develop pricing strategies - Maintain and update product pricing and submit price adjustment letters as per contract pricing schedule through the life cycle of the contract - Coordinate price and contract negotiations - Review contract amendment provided by client - Submit new agreed prices to Finance department for loading onto AX system - Monitor the invoiced amount through the life cycle of the Contract, to ensure that there is no deviation between the price letter and AX system prices - Prepare monthly product pricing report, illustrate margins and areas of concern - Identify contracts of concern in terms of margin - Coordinate the contract review process with business and legal - Negotiate contracts with customers and contracts sign-off - Ensure proper and effective organisation of contracts**
