Office and Operations Manager

A specialised and niche Financial and Investment recruitment business is seeking to employ an experienced Office and Operations Manager to join their Cape Town (Greenpoint) based team on a permanent basis.
**Requirements**:
- Post matric Diploma essential and a relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years working experience performing office or operational management functions, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Advanced Excel skills - non negotiable
- Office and staff management experience essential
- MS Office with advanced PowerPoint, Teams
- Excellent writing skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Strong social media and digital marketing experience an advantage.
- People manager and leader
- Can do attitude customer centric attitude
**Salary - **R20 000 to R25 000 per month basic salary (based on qualifications, years’ experience, etc)
**Responsibilities**
- Staff HR and Employee Performance Management
- Payroll process management
- Management of ad-hoc projects when required
- Sale team management
- Production, revenue and business output planning
- KPI management
- Business and sales reporting
- CRM and Reporting implementation & management
- General Office Management
- Oversee the IT functions by liaising with relevant IT service providers
- Training and development
- Prepare visual presentations on PowerPoint.
- Travel arrangements.
- Client invoicing
- Maintaining spreadsheets, such as billings
- Basic support to the accountant
- Any other tasks required as and when needed
