**Job Posting: Factory Manager**

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations? **Position**: Factory Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate the factory team, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents or incidents.
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient material usage.
- Budget planning and cost management to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of 40+ staff members and achieving production targets.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure a safe working environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East Rand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- factory Management: 5 years (preferred)
