**Senior Account Manager**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager, who has extensive experience working in creative agencies to work for one of IIG biggest global brand.

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will be part of the Global Leadership team for the account, reporting into the Global Managing Partner and will be responsible in supporting in providing and managing Global communications and operations across the Global Network.

The account is made up of various studios around the world, the role of the SAM is to support in driving best practise, consistency and clear communications across all studios in everything we do. Working with team leads and the wider GLT in supporting them to achieve this.

The account is busy and will require somebody with lots of energy, a can-do attitude, ability to manage many different work streams at anyone time and have a hands on approach to get the job done.

This will be a high profile SAM role on a very important account, they will be liaising with and dealing directly with senior team members and clients.

Key areas of responsibilities working with the GMP:

- Working in partnership to ensure effective comms planning across the network, identifying processes and ways of working to get the best from all of our studios. Driving forward clear and efficient programmes and initiatives that drive a connected network.
- Building strong relationships with the leads of each studio to be able understand how as GLT we can support them. Identifying ways of working that can be shared across the network, spotting inconsistencies or improvements and working with the GLT to suggest alternatives to pilot or roll out.
- Managing and organizing of the Monthly Town Halls. Supporting in forming the agenda, building the presentation, preparing the content and liaising with the studio leads in preparation for these.
- Manage the set-up and roll-out of the Global Awards Program, working closely with the ECD to collate the work, lead communications to the network and liaise with the account GLT leads to share work for both external and internal awards.
- Oversee the build and maintenance of an up-to-date creative case study library.
- Provide client service support for Senior Leadership presentations, supporting in pre and post planning, presentation builds and stakeholder management.
- Manage our Upskilling and Community communications Program for the network.
- Define and build a library of best practice templates that the network can utilise.
- Improve key departmental processes through continual monitoring and review, to increase productivity and improve client satisfaction.
- During the year support in the Global Statement of Work process, supporting the Global Programme Director in ensuring all SOW are in place and tracked accordingly.

**Studio Infrastructure management**
- Set-up and monitor all external Global Training sessions for our teams - working with Global Project Manager to track and monitor with overall training programme.
- Studio liaison for Business Review processes and actions tracking for studios.
- Manage the Global Template directory to ensure our teams have up-to-date business templates to ensure consistency across our studios.
- Assist the Regional Account Directors and Account Directors with their monthly client reporting queries.
- Support in the successful monitoring and roll out of key reporting and client communications throughout the year, Studio MI reports, business reviews, Decideware.
- Conduct ZoHo onboarding and training sessions with ADs, and provide refresher or onboarding training support for colleagues in the Global Ops Team in their absence.
- Work with the Data Analytics Manager to ensure the ZoHo MI reporting dashboard is maintained and up-to-date.
- Maintain all Global Teams chat channels and Global Ops document storage.
- Currently a Senior Account Manager in an integrated agency environment with a good understanding of the following attributes:

- Good business and financial acumen
- Appreciates great creative work and is able to judge it accordingly
- Good presentation skills (writing and delivering)
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good time management, people and project management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at various levels
- Organised, proactive team player
