- Achieving quote targets, leads targets and new business targets communicated.
- Achieving New business targets, including but not limited to, activating inactive dealers, activating new dealers, servicing active dealers and managing the marketing inbox tool for call sheets
- Knowledgeable of area in dealership segment Geographic, competitor trends.
- Ensure dealers and clients are constantly up to date with new products and services provided
- Deliver industry defining clients/dealer service levels through strong analytical skills, dedication to achieving satisfaction to client and dealer
- Participation in dealer events combined with initiating proposed dealer events
- Pursuit of commercial business that suit the OCIB commercial proposition as communicated
- Overnight stays at extended areas monthly and Bi-weekly when required, area planning essential and monthly plans
- Effectively manage time and attendance - 1st call at 8h30 last call at 16h30
- Connect and build strong working relationships with dealers and frontline traders
- Accountability for area development and achievement of new business goals
- Seek self-improvement on competency requirements
- Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, customer satisfaction levels

Minumum requirments
- Matric
- Own vehicle and Valid driver’s license
- Analytical skills
- Able to write and speak in a professional manner
- Selling skills
- Assertive and self-motivated
