A company in Fourways are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Assistant to support their CEO and other staff members.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research on various topics and compile information for presentations and reports.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue bookings, catering, and guest arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and matters.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff members, conveying messages and requests accurately and promptly.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting executive-level staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
