Debtors and Rental Administrator

Johannesburg, South Africa Express Employment Professionals (Midrand) Full time

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Tertiary studies in Bookkeeping would be beneficial
- Minimum 5 years Credit controller or Debtors experience
- Knowledge in SAGE evolution and Property Management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven work experience in Property industry is essential

Duties include but not limited to:

- Invoicing of tenants
- Capturing of payments and invoices
- General account reconciliations
- Administrative tasks pertaining to contracts and agreements as well as liaising with Attorneys
- Basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ad hoc duties

Office hours: Mondays to Fridays 07:00 to 16:00

**Salary**: R18000-R20000 depending on experience
