**Transformation Programme Manager**:
(Can be based in South Africa and Eastern Europe)

**Job Purpose: Delivery of Major business transformation projects**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead 1-2 major change programmes with multi million revenue impact for IWG; ensuring change happens on time and in full
- Accountable for the magic 3 in projects: Time, cost and scope
- Manage the stakeholders expectation and fulfil the business needs
- Creating plans, including targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
- Communicating updates on progress in a timely and easily understood format
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress
- Serving as a point of contact to ensure different team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with stakeholders and executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master degree
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or business delivery environment (B2B, B2C or consultancy)
- Well-structured and organized - projects can impact > 130 countries; attention to detail is critical
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with any level
- Open minded and honest communication style - a team player Self-driven and proactive. Willingness to go the extra mile
- Pragmatic approach - hands on and roll up the sleeve mentality when required
- Aim for the best so that customers have a great day at work
- Highly experienced with MS Office products (incl. MS Project, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)

Technology savvy and a good understanding of IT releases (waterfall and agile)
