**Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Increase sales volumes in stores**
- Prepare route plans and adhere to call cycles
- Complete sales administration
- Liaise with customers at store level
- Introduce appropriate measures to address customer needs

**Provide service to customers through sales processes**
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations
- Support customers with appropriate sales procedures
- Ensure constant stock availability
- Minimise stock returns
- Maintain facings

**Monitor and report on sales volumes and pricing**
