Overview:
Kemin is looking for a dynamic marketeer who will be responsible for taking the monogastric nutrition and health products into the market. Come and join us in building a team of professionals with passion and energy for Animal Nutrition and Health.

**Responsibilities**:
A major part of your responsibility will be to expand Kemin’s presence and market share in the region. You will be extensively involved in all the market related activities which will enable Kemin to grow the sales and profitability of its Monogastric Health and Nutrition business.

**Key Performance metrics**:
As the Platform Market Lead, you will assume responsibility for the following:

- Driving sales success and growth of the business platform.
- Developing ‘Go to Market” strategies for the Monogastric Health and Nutrition platform.
- Supporting Product Development and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Gathering market insights to exploit growth opportunities for the business platform.
- Execute successful launches of new products within the business platform.

Qualifications:

- You have as a minimum qualification a BSc (Agric) Animal Science or Veterinary professions.
- Post-graduate degree in marketing or business will serve as a strong recommendation.
- You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the animal health and nutrition industry.
- You are commercially minded with extensive industry knowledge and network.
- You have an extensive understanding of the market dynamics, customers and other role players.
- You can demonstrate consistent success in a marketing role.
- You are willing to undertake extensive travel within the Sub-Saharan Africa Region.
