Overview:
The warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse activities and stock control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing warehouse activities and stock control.
- Ensure dispatch and receiving activities support kemin Customer Service principles.
- Maintain all required reports on a daily basis.
- Maintain daily housekeeping.
- Assist in ISO maintenance and audits.
- Maintain Health and Safety aspect relevant to warehousing.
- FP warehouse organisation and product identification.
- Ensure customer orders preparation and dispatch.
- Manage picking lists for deliveries.
- Skilled in written and verbal reporting.
- Ensure operational equipment readiness.
- Report inventory variance and troubleshooting.
- Assist in all stock takes.
- Follow up on Safety issues.

Qualifications:

- Grade 12.
- 3yr degree or diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement.
- Certified to operate forklifts.
- Mathematical Skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and be able to work with fractions and decimals.
- Understanding of warehouse standards and procedures.
- Process driven.
- Attention to detail and systematic approach to task execution.
- 5yr experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Language Skills:

- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to express clearly in English.
- Reasoning Ability:

- Ability to analyze and solve basic stock and warehouse problems.
- Work Environment
- Must be able to work in and lead a team.
- Accuracy.
- Ability to multitask.
- Physical Demands:

- Employee must be able to stand and walk all day.
- Employee must be able to lift minimum of 25kg bags.
