The Administrator: Claims will be responsible to provide services to suppliers and branches and internal departments to ensure collection of all vehicles as contractually agreed upon. To resolve all queries received regarding upliftments and to provide satisfactory customer service to suppliers and other departments whilst maintaining no additional fees incurred on any upliftments.

**Key deliverables and outputs**

**Process**
- Print and manage all appointments received from supplier
- Action process to collect vehicle as per Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)
- Monitor and action process as per SOP's to stock vehicle in and notify supplier of either successful upliftment or unsuccessful upliftment
- Monitor and resolve all vehicles outstanding, which were logged, where the upliftment date has expired
- Daily follow up on the admin overall dashboard, admin individual dashboard and action list to ensure that all SOP's are followed not only on the outstanding appointments but also on supplier contracts
- Log "parts to remove" on SMD Operating System
- Log "potential buy-back" on SMD Operating System
- Follow up and resolve vehicles marked for release that are still in stock as per job description
- Follow up daily on appointments that are put on hold
- Follow up and resolve vehicles without appointments
- Follow up and resolve outstanding MMcode
- Log comments in detail on the SMD Operating System indicating any incident relevant to the specific appointment
- Answering of the admin hunt call line

**Finance**
- Obtain authorisation from suppliers to pay release fees as per agreed supplier limits and Standard Operating Procedures
- Eliminate additional cost to company by maintaining control of files / stock management with outstanding appointments and resolve all outstanding vehicles where the upliftment date expired
- Confirm from the control sheet that all appointments received were logged onto the SMD Operating System

**Customer**
- Assist suppliers, branches, clients and other departments within the Company with regards to specified supplier account queries on a daily basis

**Appointments**
- Accurately capturing appointments to equal department average (Dependant on incoming appointments received)

**Internal customers**
- Branch employees, inter-departments

**External stakeholders**
- Suppliers, Clients/Customers

**Academic Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Matric Certificate
- Computer Certificate

**Advantageous**:

- Business Management / Related Tertiary qualification
- Drivers License

**Note**:
No criminal record

**Work Experience**

**Essential**:

- 2-3 years previous experience within an office administration position
- Experience in the Insurance or Automotive industry

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From R11 500,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Insurance or Automotive: 2 years (required)
