An awesome opportunity has arisen for an experienced, Commercial & Personal lines Claims Consultant to join a busy, well established and expanding Brokerage in Mondeor, Johannesburg South The purpose of this role is to conduct the administration of Heavy Commercial, Domestic and Commercial motor and non-motor claims and assist clients with any general and claim-related queries.Duties & Responsibilities•Capturing all new claims where applicable•Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate claims handling.•Ensures that customers claims are handled efficiently.•Maintain appropriate diaries and messages on the operating system.•Client input and communication is an integral part at the start of the entire claims value chain, ensuring that complete and accurate data/documentation is obtained and captured.Desired Experience & Qualification•Matric, RE5 and FAIS Credits (as per FAIS requirement- non-negotiable)•Strong communication and people skills are needed.•Must love Claims•Claims Negotiator with at least 3 years Personal and Commercial Lines Claims experience.•Must be Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act•Reliable transport
