We are seeking an efficient and proactive **Office Administrator **to join our client's dynamic electrician company in **Stellenbosch**. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, managing electricians' schedules, capturing job cards, and implementing new processes and procedures. Effective communication with both staff and customers is essential for ensuring smooth operations. Experience in accounting would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all office administrative tasks, such as invoicing, filing, and maintaining records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and diligently manage accounts receivable.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and assignments for electricians.
- Capture and organize job cards accurately and efficiently.
- Proactively implement new processes and procedures to enhance office productivity.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with staff and customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in inventory management and the procurement of office supplies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is desirable.
- Knowledge of the electrician industry or related fields would be advantageous.
