Practices (ODETDP)/ relevant NQF level 6 qualification in
**Inherent requirements**: administration
- 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Extensive SETA knowledge
- Valid drivers’ license
- Excellent communication skills
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to plan and organise activities
- Ensure high standard of national SETA administrative duties in terms of SETA compliance and ensure that this is in line with Company’s requirements as well as SETA processes, procedures and legislation
- Ensure required submissions meet timelines in terms of administrative requirements in line with Company and SETA requirements
- Constant mentoring of SETA Administrators and ensure training of project personnel and administrators are implemented

**Duties and responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships within the SETAs / Quality**

Assurance Partners (QAPs) landscape
- Ensure the quality control process with the SETA administration team
- Approval of all submissions to the SETA or QAPs for the learnership life cycle
- Define and develop in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications, as well as assess customer requirements as per

Project Deliveries (PD) and ensuring that these are met
- Implement quality assurance standards
- Supervise and guide Inspectors, Technicians and other staff
- Supervise and guide SETA Administrators
- Review current standards and policies
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Manage the feedback loop on outstanding reports, certificates and letters
- Ensure all legal standards are met with regards to learner registrations
- Communicate with the Operations department
- Facilitate SETA site visits
- Check for registered skills programmes against new accreditations

- Audit all relevant documents filed on the shared server and ensure that acknowledgements of receipts are filed in the relevant files
- Keep up to date with legislative, SETA, QCTO and other authorities’ new developments and how they affect Training Force
- Keep progression reports on all tasks launched for weekly and monthly feedback reporting purposes
- Keep management reports up to date
- Audit the projects to ensure internal / external moderation occur when required and are of a high standard
- Ensure all internal moderator report recommendations are implemented and filed
- Manage external SETA / NAMB moderations
- Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, gather and analyze data and present concise actionable results
- Ability to work independently

- Ability to see tasks and projects through to completion
- Ability to work at a fast pace and be able to meet deadlines

08h00 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday)
