**Role Impact**

**A Day in the Life of an Application Specialist ☀️**

You won't cold call They are aware they've placed the inquiry, and you'll call leads from different levels of the sales funnel as outlined below:
**70% **of the leads requested information about Nexford but may not be ready to start.

**20% **of the leads are keen to get started but need guidance on how to do it.

**10%** just got curious about Nexford but have no intention to study soon.

**Key Responsibilities
**The Constants**:

- You'll continuously engage with your leads via calls making around 80% of your day.
- You'll conduct meaningful discussions with your qualified leads focusing on value-based selling. You don't close sales within one call, and you don't get credit card information. It's not hardcore selling. You must dynamically offer our programs based on the needs of the potential learners.
- Sustain and deepen relationships with potential learners so they keep Nexford in mind when they are ready to study.
- You'll receive continuous support from your Team Lead and operations support team through coaching sessions, training sessions, performance reviews and fun team activities to develop your skills and to achieve your KPIs.
- You'll get updates on your performance every hour, so you know how to manage your time in reaching your KPIs

**The Variables**:

- Collaborate across departments to integrate partners into Nexford's educational ecosystem.
- Assess enrollment performance through data-driven analysis, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing impact.
- Share insights on lead behavior - what they want, what's their challenges, what can we do better as an organization.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in consultative Telesales or a related field.
- Proven track record in exceeding Telesales targets.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adjust customer handling and sales techniques based on the prospect.
- High learnability to become an expert in Nexford’s degree programs.
- Discipline and professional maturity for remote work.
