- Responsible for all System Administration of WMS (including new user set-ups, role accesses, license updates etc.)
- In conjunction with the IT help-desk, responsible for the timeous resolution of WMS support queries, including liaison with vendor support desk.
- Responsible for the comprehensive testing and implementation of all WMS version upgrades and the efficient roll-out of relevant end-user training for the upgrades.
- Act as project manager and ensure the successful and timeously completion of new WMS projects, including integration of third party products where applicable, roll of new features, etc. Ensure that proper training and roll-out is implemented throughout the company for all projects.
- A good financial understanding of transactional processing across to ensure system supports business processes and maintains its data integrity.
- Create and maintain user profiles, user or role based menus and overall access to WMS functions.
- Maintain the integrity of the master file and transactional data in WMS
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level user support for the end users in the day to day WMS operational queries.
- Assist all departments with the analysis of the system information (extracts reports)
- Answer user inquiries regarding WMS software.
- Creating database objects like tables, stored procedures, views, functions, etc.
- Oversee the daily performance of WMS and related systems.
- Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3 Year B-degree or equivalent NQF level (7) qualification in Information Technology or requisite experience.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience on
WMS.
- Distribution and Retail experience essential.
- SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS knowledge required.
- Ador WMS Experience required.
