We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Property Host to join our team

**Summary**: As a Property Host, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. You will ensure that each property meets our high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, communication, and providing a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You will also be responsible for coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure smooth property operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Communication & Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Provide guests with check-in/check-out instructions, property details, and local recommendations.
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate special requests such as early check-ins, late check-outs, or personalized amenities.

**2. Property Management**:

- Regularly inspect the property to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and ensure properties are cleaned to the highest standards between guest stays.
- Monitor and manage property supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
- Ensure safety and security measures are in place, including working locks, smoke detectors, and emergency exit plans.

**3. Guest Experience Enhancement**:

- Ensure that the property is set up to meet the comfort and needs of guests (e.g., clear instructions for appliances, local tips).
- Create and maintain welcome packages, property guides, and personalized touches.
- Gather guest feedback to improve future guest experiences and identify areas for property improvements.

**4. Property Maintenance Coordination**:

- Address minor property maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs are made when necessary.
- Monitor and report any damages to the respective portfolio manager, ensuring timely resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service, preferably within the short-term rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing excellent service.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to travel to property locations
- Ability to lift or move up to 20kgs (e.g., handling supplies or property items, luggage).
